Great base for a family weekend
Such a lovely and relaxing place. Big kitchen, comfy sofa, great outside seating area, and close to everything in Ballater. Perfect for a family or small group. We’ll definitely be booking again.

Charming cottage in a stunning location. Quiet street just minutes from shops and restaurants. Beds were super comfy and everything was beautifully clean. Loved the little lounge with the fire and the large kitchen/dining area.
Comfy, warm and everything worked
Cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring Ballater and nearby attractions like Balmoral Castle. Our girls loved heating up the hot tub each evening. Lovely little touches throughout and such a good vibe in the house.

Amazing cottage with loads of space and charm. The glassed-in dining room was lovely and bright. We appreciated the little extras and the responsive communication from the host. Hot tub under the stars was unforgettable.
Exactly what we needed
This cottage was an absolute gem. Everything from the beautiful decor to the comfy beds and large kitchen made our stay perfect. The log fire and hot tub made it extra special. Big bonus points for how well stocked the house was – even dishwasher tabs and toilet rolls!

This place has it all – location, comfort, charm, and a hot tub! The kitchen was large and well equipped, the bedrooms spacious, and we especially appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Even our dogs loved it.
Lovely stay in a quiet central spot
Fantastic location right in the centre of Ballater but still so quiet and peaceful. The cottage was clean, charming and had great amenities. We especially enjoyed the conservatory and the lovely sunny garden. Highly recommended!
Better than we imagined
Beautifully decorated cottage with every detail thought of. The beds were so comfortable we looked up the bedding to get it ourselves. Great central heating and a lovely fireplace. Highly recommend for a cosy getaway.
Well equipped and great for hiking
Wonderful stay! Communication was fantastic from booking to checkout. The cottage is well designed with a bright dining area, comfy furnishings and a very private outdoor space. Loved the coffee machine and the retro Trivial Pursuit!
